About this policy
NECESSITY uses the information you share to answer inquiries and provide agreed services. For privacy questions or requests, email PaulJames@necessity.digital.
Information you share
The inquiry form requires your name, email and budget. Business or project name, phone number, preferred meeting time, service, project message and the privacy acknowledgment are optional. If you are unsure of your budget, choose “Not sure yet.” A cart request also includes your selected services and planning estimate. Please do not include passwords, card numbers, health records or other sensitive information.
How we use your information
We use inquiry details to reply, prepare a quote and discuss your project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We will reach out within 24 hours.
Where inquiries go
New inquiries are emailed to PaulJames@necessity.digital through our website and email service providers. New inquiry details are not added to the Studio Inbox. Earlier inquiries may remain in the private owner inbox until no longer needed. We keep limited request records to prevent duplicate emails and spam. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising.
Website preferences and technical data
Your browser can remember your language, display settings and selected cart items. You can clear them in your browser settings. Sites and Cloudflare process technical connection and security data to operate the website. For spam protection, the form stores a hash of your network address to limit submissions. Expired rate-limit records are cleared when later inquiries are submitted.
Other services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. External links follow their own privacy policies. Project payments happen separately through Stripe invoices after you sign the agreement. Stripe handles payment details; this website does not collect payments or store full card numbers. On general website pages, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and loading speed without tracking cookies. We do not send inquiry details or cart selections to analytics. Studio, agreement and payment pages are excluded. We skip analytics when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Advertising tools are not enabled.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry information while needed to answer you, manage a project, keep required business records or resolve a dispute. You may request access, correction or deletion by email. Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons. We review retention as business needs change.
Security and updates
We use access controls and secure connections, but no online service can promise absolute security. This website is intended for business inquiries, not children under 13. We update this policy when our practices change and show the latest revision date.
